The Primitive Market Villa in Benissa is designed to communicate and integrate with its surroundings. Its structure, based on concrete platforms and wooden pergolas, follows the natural slope of the site, creating interior living spaces. Access to the house is via a cassette that offers panoramic views of the surrounding area. Descending to the first level, we find the master bedroom with its own dressing room, bathroom, and terrace. On the platform, we find a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom, ensuring privacy and intimacy. Continuing down, we find another platform with the other rooms in the house. A total of three spacious bedrooms, each with a bathroom and terrace, occupy this space. The third level is occupied by the living area. Two separate living rooms with a dining area and kitchen, which can be connected by sliding doors, leaving a single open-plan space that connects directly to the outside via four sliding panels. A seamless outdoor-indoor space allows you to enjoy the house while enjoying the breeze and the views. Finally, the basement features a large recreation area, a games room, a TV and bar, and a gymnasium. Both areas are flooded with light, which enters through openings in the pool, filtering the light through the clarity of the water. The house boasts unique finishes that give it warmth while also maintaining a dialogue with the pool.
